The BQ Open is powered by volunteers — family, friends, and community members who help create a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone involved. Whether you’re able to help for an hour or be there all day, there’s a place for you.
Why Volunteer
Volunteering is one of the simplest ways to support men’s mental health, honor Braxton’s legacy, and be part of something meaningful — even if you’re not golfing.
No special experience is required. Just a willingness to show up, help out, and be part of the day.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteer roles will be assigned closer to the tournament based on availability and interest.
📝 Check-In & Registration 📝
Welcome golfers, sponsors, and guests as they arrive and help keep the day running smoothly.
🎟️ Raffle & Silent Auction Support 🎟️
Assist with ticket sales, item display, and coordinating winners.
🍽️ Food & Hospitality 🍽️
Support meal service, drinks, and general hospitality throughout the event.
🏌️ On-Course Support 🏌️
Help with contests, signage, pace-of-play support, and sponsor activations on the course.
🧹 Setup & Teardown 🧹
Assist with tables, signage, swag setup, and end-of-day cleanup.
