Honoring Braxton. Supporting Men’s Mental Health. Building a Lasting Legacy Through Golf.

Swing for Life – BQ Foundation

Swing for Life is a community-driven foundation built around an annual golf tournament — creating space for connection, awareness, and local impact while carrying Braxton’s legacy forward.

Why Swing for Life Exists

Swing for Life BQ Foundation was created to honor the life of Braxton James Quinn — a golfer, husband, father, son, brother, and friend — by turning what he loved into something that helps others.

Men’s mental health often goes unspoken. Many men carry more than they let on, unsure where to turn or how to talk about it. We believe golf creates a natural space for connection — a place where conversations happen, friendships form, and people show up for each other.

Through golf, community, and intentional storytelling, Swing for Life exists to make those moments matter.

How Golf Turns Into Impact

Simple. Transparent. Purpose-driven.

Host the Tournament

Supporting Mens Mental Health - Locally

Men’s mental health is central to our mission.

Swing for Life BQ exists to help start conversations, reduce stigma, and connect people to trusted mental health resources in our community. We focus on awareness and access — meeting people where they are and reminding them they don’t have to carry things alone.

We are not a treatment provider. Instead, we work to point people toward organizations already doing important work and help make those resources more visible.

Carrying Braxton's Legacy Forward

Braxton loved golf, competition, and being around people — often without needing many words.

Swing for Life honors who he was by using what he loved to bring people together, create connection, and support others in meaningful ways. His story lives on through shared moments, thoughtful details, and the community that continues to show up year after year.
